Billing Account Details

The Account Details section of the Account Details window displays important billing and account information. Over time, the customer's billing information may change, and the customer may wish to make changes to part of their billing information.

The Account Details section includes the following sub-sections:

  • View Billing Account Information — Includes account name including company name, account number, start date, account category, primary email, and preferred language.

  • Balance Information — Includes the state of the customer's charges and activities, including current balance, pending charges, and activity allowance.

  • Invoicing Information — Includes billing and invoicing details about the account, including bill cycle, next bill cycle run, responsible account, and payment term.

  • Customer Lifetime Value — Displays the total revenue on the account since the activation date. This section displays if the Customer Lifetime Value component has been enabled in the Menu Dashboard.

  • Number of Activities — Displays the customer's activities consumption for the current month and the last three months.This section displays if the Number of Activities component has been enabled in the Menu Dashboard.

  • Activity Billings — Displays the number of Activities for the current billing. This section displays if the Activity Billings component has been enabled in the Menu Dashboard.

  • Security Information and Account Verification — Includes account verification information.

The Account Details window also includes the following sections:

  • Custom Fields — This section only displays if account custom fields were created in the Setup application’s Custom Fields Module. Refer to Add Custom Field for information on how to view and manage account custom fields.

  • Billing Schedules — Includes all billing schedules made for this billing account.

  • Services — Includes services for this billing account.

  • Debit Adjustments — Includes services for this billing account.

  • Credit Adjustments — Includes services for this billing account.

  • Account Notifications — Includes notifications for this billing account.

  • Bill Batches — Lists any bill batches associated with this billing account. Refer to On Demand Billing for information on how bill batches are generated. Click the Filter button to filter the table by Name, Type, Status, Current Status, End Date, or Accounts.

    Bill Batches can also be found in the Billing Management Module of the Customer Billing application.

  • Invoices — Includes invoices for this billing account.

  • Payments — Includes payments for this billing account.

  • Payment Methods — Includes payment methods for this billing account.

  • Orders — Includes all orders made for this billing account. You can

  • Contacts — Includes contacts for this billing account.

  • Notes — Includes any notes created for this billing account.

  • History — Includes changes made to this billing account.
