View Billing Account Information

The Account Information section displays some of the details most commonly used to identify the customer's billing account.

You can create a new billing account for an account by creating a new order. Refer to Create New Order for more information.

To edit the account information, refer to Configure Account Details.

The following general details are shown in the Account Information of the account details:

Field Description

Account Name

The name of the person associated with this account. Click the name to view the View Customer Account Details.

Next to the name is the status of the account. Click the Status to open the Change Status window. Refer to Billing Account Statuses.

Company Name

The name of the company or organization, when configured.

Account Number

The unique account number assigned by Gotransverse.

Next to the Account Number is a link to the Account Hierarchy, if one has been configured. Refer to the knowledge base article about Account Hierarchy for more information.

Start Date

The date that the account was created.

External Account ID

An external account number, when configured.

Account Category

The account category to which this account is assigned.

Parent Account

If this is a child account, the name of the associated parent account. Refer to the knowledge base article about Account Hierarchy for more information.

Primary Email

The customer's main email address to which Gotransverse-generated emails and invoices are sent.

Preferred Language

The language for the billing account. Notifications are sent in the preferred language of the billing account.

Minimum Invoice Amount

The minimum amount required for generating an invoice for the account category.
