View Service Details
Complete the following steps to view information about a service listed in the Services section:

Perform an Account Search Module to locate the billing account.

Click the account number active link under the Account # column to open the Account Details window.
Account Details Window
Click the icon in the left pane to hide it. Click the icon to open it.

On the Account Details window, locate the Services section.
Services Section

Click the name of the service in the Services section to open the Service Details window.
A service preceded by a icon indicates that the service has related items. Click the icon to expand the service to view related items or service resources.
The follow information is available when viewing service details, depending on the type of service and its configuration. Not all the sections listed may be shown on every Service Details window.
Service Detail Sections Section Description Service Information
The Service Information section displays name, description, and the following information:

Product — The name of the product.

Start Date — The date on which the agreement begins.

End Date — The date on which the agreement ends.

Original Order Number — The ID of the order made by the customer.
Revenue Information
The Revenue Information section displays the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) generated by the service, as well as the total value of the agreement.
Services Lists the service and any related services. Custom Fields Addresses
Lists the address to which the service is rendered. You can change the address as long as the order is in new or in a draft state.
Current Agreement
The agreement details for the service including the agreement's start date, end date, and renewal action.

Recurring Charges
Displays all past and present recurring charges for this product on this customer's billing account, including quantity, list price, overridden sales price if different from list price, and estimated invoice amount.
One-Time Charges
Displays all past one-time charges for this product on this customer's billing account, including overridden sales price if different from list price.
Scheduled Charges
Displays the charges that are automatically invoiced to the customer on their defined date. Charges are scheduled at the time of order. Changes that can be made to a not-yet-invoiced-charge include changing the scheduled date, splitting a charge into two charges, or combining two charges into one charge.

Discounts
Displays any discounts were applied to the service when it was purchased. You can add a discount to the service and view any existing discounts' details in this section.

Service Adjustments
Service adjustments apply a credit to the customer's account for the whole or partial price of the service being adjusted.

Counters
Displays if any counters are active on this Service. You can add a counter to the service and view any existing counters' details in this section.
Refer to Usage Counters for more information.
Activity Charge Rules
Displays usage rules set up for the service. You can add, test, and delete rules, or rearrange their order in this section. To edit a rule, select it, then click Edit on the Activity Charge Rule window. Refer to Usage Rules Module for more information.
Service Periods
Lists the time period for which charges for the service occur and are then billed to the customer's account, including start dates and end dates, and the bill cycle on which the service period will be invoiced.
Service History
Lists all status changes the customer has made to this service had on this customer's account.
History
Lists all status changes made to this service and who made them, including changes to custom fields.
