Usage Counters

Counters in Gotransverse count or accumulate usage events. Actions can be set to occur when the counter has met a threshold event. A usage counter provides you a way to manage a customer's usage based on consumption of activities. A counter can be set to initiate an action when a threshold based on events, usage, or charges is met.

For example, a counter could track downloads and after several consecutive downloads the customer can earn a free download.

You can set and manage a usage counter for any service a customer has purchased. The counter for the service is managed on the Service Details window. Refer to View Service Details for more information about this window.
