The following additions and updates were made to the Gotransverse API 2.0 Help Site in April 2025:

• Gotransverse APIs — Updated the API Reference Documentation for the Billing and Revenue Management API.

• Postman Collections — Updated the Postman Collection for the Billing and Revenue Management API.

• Invoicing Service Groups — A new section about invoicing service groups.

• Made the following updates to the Manual Charges section of the user guide:

  • Create a Manual Charge: Updated the topic to include the new invoicing_service_group object.

  • Update a Manual Charge: Updated the topic to include the new invoicing_service_group object.

  • Query Manual Charges: Updated the topic to include the new invoicing_service_group object.

  • Retrieve Manual Charge by ID: Updated the topic to include the new invoicing_service_group object.

• Add or Replace Customer Postal Address — Updated the request payload table with the new incorporated field.

• Dunning Plan Statuses — A new knowledge base topic about the statuses available for dunning plans.

• Made the following updates to the Getting Started section of the user guide:

  • Authentication: Added a new topic about authentication when accessing the API.

  • Headers: Added a new topic about HTTP request headers.

  • Omit Total Count Query Parameter: Added a new topic about the omit total count query parameter.

  • Query Parameters: Updated the image of the API Reference Documentation.

• Try It: Send a Live API Request — Updated the images of the API Reference Documentation.

• Navigate API Reference Documentation — Updated the images of the API Reference Documentation.
