The following statuses are available for dunning plans:

• DRAFT — The dunning plan configuration is editable except for the code. This is the default status for a new dunning plan. A dunning plan cannot return to a draft status once it is made active. Any billing accounts with a dunning plan in draft assigned to it will NOT be evaluated for dunning.

• ACTIVE — The dunning plan is active and any billing accounts with the dunning plan assigned to it will be included in the dunning evaluation process. The dunning plan configuration is editable except for the code and strategy value.

• INACTIVE — The dunning plan is inactive and any billing accounts with the dunning plan assigned to it will NOT be included in the dunning evaluation process. A dunning plan can move back to active status at any time.
