Add Notification Template

You can add a new notification template to define the notification that is sent to your customers. These templates are used to configure actions, such as email or HTTP, for the pre-defined notifications listed in the sections below the Notification Templates section.

Refer to Notification Operations for instructions on how to add email, HTTP, FTP, or approval operations to a notification.

Complete the following steps to add a new notification template:

  1. Select Setup from Gotransverse application menu Module menu icon.

  2. Click Notification Management in the left pane.

    Click the collapse icon icon in the left pane to hide it. Click the icon to open it.

  3. In the Notification Templates section, click the name of the notification template to open a new window for the selected template, for example, Payment Plan.

  4. Click the Add button to open the Create New Template window.

  5. On the Create New Template window, enter the required and relevant information:

    Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

    The set of fields differs per the notification template type.

    • Name* — The name of the new template.

    • Description — A brief description of the new template.

    • Type — Select the notification format which includes Email, PDF, HTML, XML, JSON, or Text.

    • Preferred Language — If you selected Email for the Type, select the language you want for the email notification.

    • Use Data Range Search — If you selected PDF for the Type, select the checkbox if you would like to use a date range search for the PDF.

  6. Click Finish. The Create New Template window closes. The new notification template shows on the that template's List window.
