Order Search Module
The Order Search module can be used to search for an order. You can search for an order based on any of these criteria:

Order number
-
SKU number
-
PO number
-
Account number
-
Serial Number
-
Referral
-
Order status
-
Order type
-
Additional order data
You can then use the search results to view additional information about the account and perform actions.
An order contains details about the products a customer purchased, such as Subscription information and pricing options. An order also indicates when charges are billed and other information for billing purposes.
Orders can be created in either the Customer Billing or Accounts application.
Once an order is placed, the products that were added to the order appear in the billing account as services or One-Time products. Refer to Servicesfor more information about services.
