Secret Questions Module

The Secret Questions module allows you to manage secret questions that can used with a customer account for verification purposes.

When a customer's account is created, the customer can choose a secret question from among several secret questions, and the customer provides an answer to the question that is unique to him or her. The customer's identity can later be verified in future communication by the customer correctly answering the secret question.

The question and answer the customer configures are shown on the Account Details window in the Security Information section.
