Reasons

From the Gotransverse Navigation bar, select Setup >> Reasons to show the Reason Management page.

Use the Reason Management page to create Reasons on which to base a suspension or a deactivation. Create as many Reasons as you need.

Note: The Reason Management page shows reasons for performing a Customer suspension or a Customer deactivation. Procedures used to create and manage Reasons for all types of activity are similar and are, therefore, documented in this section as if they were the same. Differences between the two types of Reasons are pointed out wherever they occur.
