The following additions and updates were made to the Gotransverse user guide in October 2024 in support the Lubbock release:

Customer Billing Application

• Add Address on Account Details Window — Updated screen shots to show UI update.

• Add Email Address on Account Details Window — Updated screen shots to show UI update.

• Add Phone Number on Account Details Window— Updated screen shots to show UI update.

• Edit Email Address on Account Details Window— Updated screen shots to show UI update.

• Delete Address on Account Details Window— Updated screen shots to show UI update.

• Delete Phone Number on Account Details Window— Updated screen shots to show UI update.

Payment Matching Application

With the change to where lockbox files can be managed and uploaded, all topics under Payment Matching were updated to include lockbox files. The following new topics were added to this section:

• Create Lockbox File Setup

• Edit Lockbox File Setup

• Credit Adjustment Reversal Transactions

• Edit Response File Setup

The following topics were updated with information other than lockbox:

• Transactions Module— Add more information about how payment cancellation and chargebacks are dated.

Accounts Application

• Change Account Bill Cycle — Added more information about and the requirements for changing bill cycles.

Rating & Billing Application

• Move a Bill Cycle — New topic.

• Configure Bill Cycle Notifications— Updated Content Type field description.

Receivables Application

Lockbox file topics were moved to Payment Matching section (see above).

Knowledge Base Articles

• Customer Reports — Added new 13 Month MRR History by Customer Report.

• Account System Settings — Added three new statuses that can be used with Billing account statuses that are required for dunning to be actively processed for an account.

• Billing System Settings — Added links to reference topics.
