Add Contact Category

Complete the following steps to create a new contact category:

  1. Select Setup from the Gotransverse application menu Module menu icon.

  2. Click Categories in the left pane.

    Click the collapse icon icon in the left pane to hide it. Click the icon to open it.

  3. In the Contact Categories section, click the Add button to open the Add Contact Category window.

  4. On the Add Contact Category window, enter the required and relevant information:

    Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

    • Name* — Enter a name for the contact category.

    • Status — Select a status for the contact category:

      • Active

      • Suspended

    • Description — Enter a description for the contact category.

  5. Click Finish. The new contact category is added to the Contact Category Management section.
