View Collector Runs

The Collector Runs tab displays read only information relating to collector runs initiated through AR Ledger.

Refer to Manually Run Collectors for more information about starting a collector run.

For any run, click the icon to expand the line to view details.

To view more details about a collector operation, select the collector run in the list. A Collector Run Details window displays that includes Collector Run Information, KPIs (metrics), and four detail tabs.

Collector Run Detail Window

The Collector Run detail window includes the following detail tabs:

• Collector Operations — Can include Name, Friendly Name, Description, Group, Category, Status, Fetch from Date (date and time), Started (date and time), and Ended (date and time) for each operation. Columns can be configured with the Configure button. Export data with the Export button.

  Click the icon to expand any line to view KPIs for that operation, including Charge Info Records Created, Billing Accounts Processed, Errors, as well as the Charge Info Type and Number of Charge Info Records Created and other related information.

• Charge Info Types Created — Can include the Charge Info Type and Number of Charge Info Records Created for the collector run. Columns can be configured with the Configure button. Export data with the Export button.

  

  Charge Info Types Created Detail Tab

• Errors — Displays any errors encountered during the run (for Collector Runs with status Error). Error information includes ID, Collector Operation, and an Error Message, which can be used to troubleshoot the run so it can be re-run successfully. Filter information with the Filter button. Columns can be configured with the Configure button. Export data with the Export button.

  

  Errors Detail Tab

• History — Displays a record for each update to the collector run, including the user name that initiated collector runs with Trigger Type of On Demand. Columns can be configured with the Configure button. Export data with the Export button.
