Resource Management Module

The Resource Management module is used to manage service identifiers, service devices, and uploaded service identifier files.

A service identifier (SRID) is a unique ID that is used to identify a service. For example, a serial number or phone number would be a good SRID for identifying a service and the billing account related to that service. The SRID is assigned to a service when placing an order or when editing a service.
