Edit System Settings
A system setting can only be edited if the user has the appropriate role and security authorities for the Admin application.
Certain system settings can only be edited by a Gotransverse representative. Refer to the System Settings knowledge base article to identify if the system setting is Tenant Editable. When the system setting is not tenant editable, contact Gotransverse Technical Support to inquire about editing the system setting and ensure the change will not cause issues within the tenant.
Complete the following steps to edit a system setting value:

Select Admin from Gotransverse application menu .

Click Company in the left pane.

In the System Settings section, click Edit under the Actions column associated with the setting you want to change to open the Edit Setting window, which includes information about the system setting.
Click Restore Default under the Actions column to reset a system setting to the original value immediately.

On the Edit Setting window, update the contents of the Value field. The value type can be one of the following value types:

Decimal
-
Integer
-
Text
-
True or False
The value that you enter must match the value type listed in Type. Refer to theSystem Settings knowledge base article to understand what value type is required for a system setting.

Click Finish. The changed value is saved. The System Settings section refreshes to show the changed value.
