DNS Prefix

Gotransverse provides the ability to customize and brand with your logo and your DNS Prefix.

Further branding is available to create and manage the CSS that your tenants see. Refer to Branding for more information.

All users can enter their DNS Prefix, but proprietors need to enter it if proprietors want to change their tenants' CSS.

Complete the following steps to enter a DNS prefix:

  1. Select Admin from the application menu , then click Company in the left pane.

  2. In the DNS Prefix section, click the Edit button to open he Edit DNS Prefix window.

  3. Enter, change, or delete the URL of the website.

  4. Click Finish. Your changes are saved and show in the DNS Prefix section.
