The Accounts application includes the Account Search and Order Search modules.

Account Search — Search for, create, and manage customer accounts.

Order Search — Search for, create, and manage customer orders.
Customers, accounts, and orders can also be created in the Customer Billing application. Refer to Customer Billing for more information.
